T.O.T Thursday March 18th Steak Tostadas

Ask and you shall receive!  You have been asking for the Steak Tostadas and Thursday is the day!

Steak Tostada with Southwestern Slaw and Salsa Verde
Flour tortilla flash fried until lightly crispy, topped with Spanish cheeses, wood-grilled steak. The Salsa Verde's kick is quickly cooled off by the tangy slaw: A trio of cabbage, apples and snow peas tossed in a lime crema.

Black Bean Soup (appr. 15 oz portion)
Slow roasted and perfectly seasoned!

Serving suggestion: Small children can split a tostada. Adults can get 1 tostada for each and split the soup or vice versa.
