Greetings from the kitchen!

It has been a busy weekend here indeed! I greatly enjoyed seeing some of my favorite people and meeting some new ones while doing the party circuit.

As we get ready to celebrate all of the mothers out there this upcoming weekend with a yummy brunch or dinner - why not plan to take a night to let someone else (me, of course) cook for you this Thursday!


Menu for Thursday May 7th:

Grilled Dijon Pork Tenderloin
with horseradish sauce

Goat Cheese & Thyme Grits

Summer Salad
Vine ripe tomatoes & cucumbers in a Red Wine Vinaigrette


Pork (appr. 8 oz portion) and sauce $6

Grits: Small (feeds 2-3) $10 Medium (feeds 4-6) $18 Large (feeds 7-9) $29

Salad $8 per lb.
