This menu will also be available Mother’s Day weekend: May 8th

Just as I thought I had conquered re-entry from Spring Break, I started receiving emails asking what I would be offering for Easter.
  I decided to check out my calendar to find out when Easter is and –  it’s THIS weekend!

Ohhhhh... So that’s why they have all the Easter candy and baskets out in the stores…

Just simple and simply delicious!

With a blend of cheeses, insanely yummy sausage and a divine “quiche-like” filling it’s perfect for any breakfast, brunch or special occasion.
Heck, this will make you want to eat breakfast for dinner!

Eggs Benedict Strata with Hollandaise N
Eggs Benedict has always been a dish I enjoy serving on special occasions.  I wanted to find a way offer this decadent dish when I’m not able to be there to poach the eggs myself.
(Drum roll) and here it is!
Layers of sourdough, asparagus, ham & cheeses
On the side,  a mouth-watering Hollandaise to drizzle (or pour) on.
