T.O.T July 23rd Chicken Divan Crepes & Spinach Salad with Strawberries in Warm Bacon Dressing

Crepes. When was the last time you had a crepe?
While watching a cooking program featuring crepes the other day - I asked myself that very question and immediately knew the answer.


The Magic Pan.

My thoughts wondered back to memories of shopping for "back to school clothes" and then lunching at The Magic Pan.


I am sure they offered many delicious crepes - but no matter how hard I tried to broaden my ordering horizon - I could never get past the Chicken Divan Crepes. Heaven on a plate!

So - I was inspired - and according to my panel of taste testers it was quite a divine (or divan) inspiration!


Chicken Divan Crepe
Handmade crepe stuffed with fresh broccoli and roasted chicken in a light sherry cream sauce.


Spinach Salad in a Warm Bacon Dressing
Baby spinach topped with fresh strawberries & thinly sliced red onions

Please place your order before 10 a.m. on Wednesday July 22nd. Pick up is anytime after 12 Noon on Thursday July 23rd. The crepes WILL keep for a couple of days, so if you have plans on Thursday - save them for Friday or Saturday!
