Chicken Tortilla Soup

Truly one of my favorite soups! This is a hearty wonderful, stock based (no cream) soup. Delicious, flavorful with chunks of roasted chicken.

Topped with crunch flash fried tortilla strips.

Four Cheese Grilled Cheese

A delicous blend of four different cheeses on Sourdough Bread, lightly buttered and ready for a couple of minutes of grilling at home.
