Our next scheduled Take Off Thursday

Our next scheduled Take Off Thursday will be Thursday July 16th due to 2 parties this week, and my aforementioned trip to the beach. If you are in need of Tetrazzinis, Lasagnas or Pot Pies before I leave on July 3rd, please let me know. Also, look for delicious additions coming in the very near future to The Freezer!

Take Off Thurs. Chicken Enchiladas June 18th or Saturday June 20th

Our family is headed to the beach in a few weeks
and they have graciously said,
"We do NOT want you to spend the whole trip in the kitchen. We will grill out, eat out, get fresh seafood, ...but we DO have one dinner request... Chicken Enchiladas!"

Warm Weather ... Cool, Refreshing Salads

Warm weather indeed - 90's and sunny this week in Atlanta. Stock up on these delicious salads, take them to the beach or the lake, eat them in the comfort of your own home - or perhaps you know someone who just had a baby and could use something simple and yummy!

Roasted Chicken Pasta Salad in a Citrus Jalapeno Vinaigrette - Oven Roasted Chicken with Farfalle Pasta, julienned tomatoes in a Citrus Jalapeno Vinaigrette 9.00 per pound

Shrimp & Grits Thursday June 4

What a spectacular weekend we just had!

School is out and it finally feels like summer. The picture you see to the right, was taken a couple of summers ago while we were in Anna Maria Island, Florida. We will be headed down there over 4th of July to hit the beach, watch the sunset and eat seafood! In honor of summer and seafood - this week's menu will be Shrimp & Grits!
