T.O.T April 28th Confetti Quesadillas

I won’t be at the Royal wedding, but I can at least throw some confetti –
Confetti Quesadillas that is!

"ConfettiQuesadillas!
Wood Grilled Shrimp, baby spinach and caramelized Spanish onions
 in a large flour tortilla with a blend of authentic Mexican cheeses.
Served with a dangerously delicious
Chipotle Cream Sauce and Fresh Tomato & Corn Salsa
**as always if you prefer less "confetti" i.e no onions, no spinach, etc. please specify when ordering**

Black Bean Soup
Just simple goodness, black beans seasoned and simmered to perfection!
Soup (appr. 15 oz) 3.00

Somehow my reply address for Party Girl emails was changed from my rwmclennan@gmail.com to noreply@blogger.com  - SO... if you emailed an order to me this week and you did NOT hear from me - it's because I did not get it :-/ !!!

Just as I thought I had conquered re-entry from Spring Break, I started receiving emails asking what I would be offering for Easter.
  I decided to check out my calendar to find out when Easter is and –  it’s THIS weekend!

Ohhhhh... So that’s why they have all the Easter candy and baskets out in the stores…

You will be happy to see a couple of new menu items!

On the Easter Menu:

Heirloom Tomato & Cucumber Salad N
Just simple and simply delicious!
In a light vinaigrette

Breakfast Casserole F
With a blend of cheeses, insanely yummy sausage and a divine “quiche-like” filling it’s perfect for any breakfast, brunch or special occasion.
Heck, this will make you want to eat breakfast for dinner!

Eggs Benedict Strata with Hollandaise N
Eggs Benedict has always been a dish I enjoy serving on special occasions.  I wanted to find a way offer this decadent dish when I’m not able to be there to poach the eggs myself.

Layers of sourdough, asparagus, ham & cheeses
On the side,  a mouth-watering Hollandaise to drizzle (or pour) on.
