Hello all! Hope everyone has enjoyed the divine weather which has been hovering over Atlanta for the last few days!

I will be catering three parties this weekend which means no Take Off Thursday for April 30th. I will miss the smiling faces and socializing this Thursday...
However, I do love a party!!

Thank you to all who voted for our next Thursday menu and I am excited to say that the votes are in and we have a clear winner for Take Off Thursday May 7th and a McLennan FAVORITE!!

You certainly do not have to order all 3 dishes - this is a "pick and choose" menu - however, the combined flavors are divine:

Grilled Dijon Pork Tenderloin with Horseradish Sauce

Goat Cheese & Thyme Grits

Cucumber & Tomato Summer Salad in a Balsamic Vinaigrette

Take off Thursday Menu for April 23rd
Back by popular demand


Confetti Quesadillas
Large flour tortilla filled with Grilled Shrimp, fresh Baby Spinach and Caramelized onions and a blend of traditional mexican cheeses including Manchego & Oaxaca

Served with Chipotle Cream Sauce & Fresh Tomato Salsa


Black Bean Soup
Slowly simmered and perfectly seasoned

Quesadilla $10
Soup (appr. 15 oz.) $2

If you would like a little less confetti (i.e minus shrimp, spinach or onions) please let me know and I will be happy to adjust the price for you.

Menu for Thursday, April 23

There will be NO Take Off Thursday this Thursday April 16th.
I am catering a big party on April 18th and just can’t make

it work unless I clone myself which Tom and the kids had no interest in.
However, I will be cloning a much requested past

Take Off Thursday menu next Thursday April 23rd. You are welcome to go ahead and place an order now but I will plan to send another email out next Monday. Have a wonderful week!
